We required some drywall repairs and window replacements and it was an awesome reno experience! Everyone was friendly and professional. Big thanks to Curt (Project Manager) and the crew was a very kind and hardworking group of professionals—they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! I highly recommend this company.
This company went over & above to help me and my family during a very stressful time. Curt Patterson (Project Manager) treated us like family. He advocated for us to ensure we got the best possible outcome from our insurance claim. Everyone working on this project were kind, courteous and professional. Great experience with Brian - responsive, reliable and thorough. We had a fire at a rental unit. Within 24 hours of contacting, he had a crew on the ground. He/his team worked hard to turn the unit around quickly so we can resume our livelihood. In dealing with insurers / adjusters, he advocate for what his clients deserve to be replaced/remedied unlike other restoration companies who just want to do the bare minimum get their check and move on. Solid guy.
Stay away from this company at all costs! In June 2024 my house suffered fire. My insurance sent them to do a clean up and to list my contents. They told me they are professionals and will list all of my contents so I could be reimbursed. I wish I could know who I will be dealing with then. Almost every day there were different workers who skipped and didn’t list a lot of my stuff. Thank God I made pictures and now will be able to prove to my insurance I had those items in my house. I googled a few companies after we got water in our basement and no one would see us without our insurance claim in place. I called Denver restoration and from the minute they answered the phone they put me at ease. Natasha was the emergency contact person who helped me get everything moving. She assessed the damage, got the carpets out, helped me with insurance, made sure we had industrial fans and dehumidifiers and hot everything sprayed with anti microbial mould spray to put my mind at ease.
