We hired Denver Pro Concrete to demo an old and install a new garage slab. We had talked to David several times, working out the fine details. We had a lot of asks that may have been out of the norm. He was always very responsive, patient and accommodating and offered suggestions that really helped accomplish what we wanted. He worked with our timeline, even when we had to shift the start date after discovering we needed to replace a support beam in our garage. Concrete started cracking within 3 months , they came out a couple times to seal some spots, didn't help. Splaying after a year, rebar showing. After paying good money I would have expected it to last longer. I think it was a bad pour, but no way we could prove it or recover any losses.
