worked with the owner on purchasing a snare drum, turns out he went to school in my neck of the woods, knows a few of the same cats as I do. (small world)...Anyhow, I wasn't sure on the look of the item I wanted so he took photos, texted them to me, did everything he needed to do in order to make me feel good about the purchase. And on top of that,. he had the best price around. Great shop, great service, 5 out of 5 stars, would highly recommend
