Ruined Wood Chipper Blades Went to get blades for wood chipper sharpened, upon pick up I noticed that they were sharpened incorrectly and potentially unfixable. The staff upon pick up agreed that they should not have been sharpened to the incorrect angle and a "curve" added to the straight blade. Agreed it did not look right. I said I would investigate with the manufacturer to see if the could be salvages. The blades could not be. THIS IS NOT A POWER EQUIPMENT STORE. IT’S AN ACE HARDWARE. GLORIFIED, overpriced battery powered junk. Not for landscapers. Wasted time. They should not advertise as such. Horrible deception!
Could not recommend more! Daisy and Juel are extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me. Best STHL dealer in town. I live 3 hours away and it is worth the drive for the outstanding customer service and knowledge they provide
You can look at the items you need , but not buy them. I went in to purchase a $469 Stihl chainsaw. Was told they could not sell it to me because no one was trained to start it. We are now waiting for somewhere else to open to buy from them. How can you be a Stihl distributor if you cant sell their products? That coupled with the crazy person hanging out up next to my car when I left lead to 1 star that would be less if I could.
