Fraudulent business, took my deposit and refused to refund after I had cancelled within the 24hr period. Front desk is unhelpful and defers to manager, who is never on site. I'm out almost $500 and received no goods or services.

Checked into our room in the evening and there a noticeable odor at the front desk. The walk to our room we encountered dog f**** The first room was horrible; smelled like smoke, floor sticky, bed broken, bathroom door cracked & broken, and no screen on the window. Second room was a tad cleaner however, HORRIFIC smell. Ended up leaving and getting a refund.

The room was dirty, VERY small, there was no dresser, also we were awake MOST of the night due to the cops being called about a fight in the room across the hall. We asked to be moved to a different room. We waited 2 hours and the front desk never switched us. We stayed here one night and checked out.They never refunded the rest of the 6 nights and said the printer didn't work so they would emial me the receipt. Never got refunded. I have tried to call several times since then, no one answers the phone.
