Does anyone work here? My husband and I came by with his bike because the front tire was loosing pressure and he wanted it looked at. We waited for 15 minutes past when they opened but no one showed up or answered the phone. The garage door was open which means someone must have opened it. We left for an hour to go get breakfast (leaving the bike). When we came back there was still no one there. We are currently looking for another shop.
Henry is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He won't try and sell you anything you don't need or take advantage. I highly recommend his shop!
Called a couple times. No one ever answered the phone so I had to leave voice messages. Never received a call back. Ended up going elsewhere.
Honest, affordable, professional and good. Don't hesitate to use Denver Motorcycle Shop, I will definitely be back whenever I need them. Best of all the work gets done and NO SURPRISES! He can give you an estimate based on knowledge, not guesswork. I have been there twice and never got pressured to do anything I didn't ask for. Integrity goes a long, long way and this shop has plenty of that. Highly recommended.
I was in the trip thru different states and had to change oil and serve my chain in Denver. Henry's shop was the only one who agreed to do it right away (as in trip you're always tight in time). The service was exactly as good as it could be: oil was at upper mark, no ounce extra, no ounce less. The chain has been served and the bike got some cleaning as a bonus and still I've got a little discount from the originally agreed price. Henry was extremely helpful, as well as other mechanicians.
