Wish they would have done a full diagnostic before doing work on things that could’ve waited till the main issue instead of telling us it would be another 1500 on top of 1500 be paid that day to fix the issue. We came in for diagnostics and paid for a diagnostics test for.

They did ok but we brought our RV in, which was great cause nobody would work on our RV we told them the engine was lagging. We thought it could be transmission and we thought it could be spark plugs but it turns out after we paid $1400 worth of parts and labor. The engine was still running slow and he told us it was gonna be another $1500 fix. Booked an appointment on 2/14/26 for 2/15/26.... Time was confirmed for 2:00- 2:20 pm. No show, called twice and no answer and no response. I call bad business and your previous reviews are lies. Awful customer service! Bad communication.
