The customer service is poor especially the front desk person who is not friendly or even acknowledges a patient unless someone else is around "very fake". I do not recommend this clinic buy a Groupon at another Weightloss company. Like Cherry creek, optimal or DTC.

I bought a coupon from living social and tried to make an appointment, was hung up on once, put on hold for over 5 minutes the second time and the third time no answer it was a Verizon cell phone number. Luckily Living Social gave a refund. The second office on Illiff their voice mail was full for two days and nobody answered the phone.
