Shopping experience and mattress selection was good. My issue is with delivery scheduling and customer service. Original delivery was scheduled for Saturday, I called the day before to reschedule due to family plans. The woman who answered had a very difficult time understanding that I needed to reschedule due to the language barrier. Finally she confirmed that delivery was moved to Wednesday. Great customer service from Luis Castillo. Wow he was very nice and patient with me. I was very impressed with his kindness and respect. No pressure with what I was offered. I finally decided to get the Airloom Firm Mattress. What an amazing bed.
