I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was pretty sure what I wanted to purchase; just wanted to try the mattress out. The sales guy, Dalton was very helpful and didn't pressure me to buy something more expensive. I really appreciated that.
Was in a pinch for special size sheets (California King) and Joel Salvador helped me. I was truly impressed because he took the time to listen to my need and my price point and he found exactly what I was looking for.
