We had a great experience shopping for a mattress. Noah spent a ton of time with us. He was very knowledgeable and asked questions to figure out what would work best for us. He showed us many options, explained differences in mattresses, was very patient as we tested and retested each mattress and made sure we were happy with our purchase!
My husband went in because our plastic Purple mattress protector had pretty much disintegrated. It was a mess! We wanted to know if that was part of the warranty. Joel mentioned they no longer provide that one with Purple - I see why. But he had to find out what he was able to do and would be in contact. A couple weeks went by…nothing. My husband went back in today to follow up. Still no answer for us from his team, but Joel decided to take care of us and give us a new protector.
