I’ve shopped at this Denver Mattress location in Portage, MI three times and have always liked the staff working there. Low pressure, knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin helped us today. I’ve been very happy with almost all products I’ve bought there.
Great experience, Kevin was very knowledgeable about all the choices. He guided us with no pressure, to find the right product and price point. The personalized service certainly gives us peace of mind.
Jason helped us through the process, he was very polite and not pushy at all. We ended up with the Denver mattress elite, and an adjustable base. We switched our mattress to a purple, and again he was very helpful. We are very happy with the bed, the service, and the adjustable base. The adjustable base was definitely more of an investment, but seriously so worth it. Thanks Jason!
