We had a few small problems. They arrived an hour and half early and I had my son in the Hoya, my son is good guy and just throw a sheet over me and let them bring it in. That worked well. Then as they were leaving they said by the way my son cannot get in the bed for six hours. I looked on line and it said not to sleep on for 24-48 hours. I have bought six mattresses for Denver Mattress, so I like them. But next time I will try over stores.
