The tram inside the airport subway almost killed my beloved service dog!!! No saftey features like a elevator so the doors just closed on my service dog. Thank Jesus the tram didn't take off!! What were ya'll thinking with these engineer designs??? That no one owns a service dog?

Big, pretty well set up but not for infrequent flyer. Did not enjoy standing outside waiting to load . I assume airport improvement no complete?
