Mr. Thode is a money grubbing attorney, do not hire him. I did and he wastep the down payment money, all total according to him I owed him over 10,000.00. Now he is garnishing my paycheck and charging me for doing this. He was so busy with othe clients that he pretty much forgot about me. He did however achieve some monetary compensation for me but charged me most of it then baled two weeks before the final hearing. Do not hire this lawyer.
