I would caution anyone from going here. I explicitly asked (and documented it all via email) the front desk/administration to help me check if acupuncture was covered under my insurance. She took all of my insurance information and told me she would contact them to confirm my coverage. She then told me it was completely covered for me and all I needed to pay was $25 per session. I listened to her and booked a couple appointments, only to later receive a large bill from Denver Holistic.
Do not go to the clinic for any kind of help- all they do is rip you off. They keep your cards on file and charge you whatever they want for testing, supplements, herbs, services, etc. Its unbelievable how much some of the simplest items cost. They also tell you that a service is one thing and then charge you a completely different price! They are in the customer service business but both the doctor and the front office staff are rude and unprofessional. Go over to google.com and read the 1 star reviews.
