Summary: The lack of clear billing communication, rushed medical care that missed the severity of my injury, and an unhelpful follow-up from the director made the experience frustrating and unsatisfactory. So grateful to have a health care facility close to the resort for an unexpected visit. The staff is amazing and caring. No one hopes to need medical treatment while on vacation but if they do I am grateful to all that brought relief to my illness in a professional and timely manner.
