Dont expect much information from Physicians & Nurses if you cannot be standing next to the patient. If you call, expect to be shuffled around until someone finally drops your call. Dont wait on a callback either. Pathetic.
They'd sooner sh** on you than actually help you. I was taken to their E.R. in August 2008 and just NOW (March 2011) found out they put an $80 bill to a collection agency. NEVER HEARD from the hospital; just sent it straight to collection. I would rather let a bum outside the hospital help me than deal with their incompetant staff ever again.
