Can't get a hold over the phone. Automated recording says to leave a message but hangs up before you can. I was able to get a hold of them last year after MANY attempts and they did send me my replacement motor controllers which I installed myself. Now I need a tire and can't reach them.

Jeff and Tyler were so kind to fix our Raven that only had 48 hours but was out of warranty at their company’s expense. We are very pleased with the communication and understanding of our unique situation. I can’t be thankful enough to now have a working Raven again!

Update: they actually sent a service rep out, and he replaced the battery for third time. He took battery apart damage was in connectors between cells. Works fine now. Old review: would give them zero stars but that not an option. They sent me a MPV battery with a weight of maybe 50lbs in a flimsy box with one thin layer of bubble wrap to protect it. Needless to say the item was damaged ... they actually said "I showed the tech the pictures, as long as the bolts can be screwed back into place and the battery works it should ... read more

Great concept but company can't seem to iron the bugs out nor can they consistently provide good customer service. Waited 3 weeks for a repairman (after countless phone calls) and first time I tried to start it after he left - no go. Until they fix what they make, don't buy one.
