Been to the these guys twice and was impressed both times. The First time, the laser went out on my PS3, they had it back to me later that day and for a low price! The Second time, the PS3 was giving me the 3 beep error for overheating. I took it in and they said I should only need a small repair to fix this. They said they would have it done in a week because it was during a holiday period and they would be closed for some of the days. I got my Xbox 360 over there to repair for overheating. (Late December 2013) NOT ONLY did they do the wrong type of repair, but within roughly 2 weeks it had the RRoD. I took it back and they told me that it's "Most likely toast", and to check back in two weeks. TWO WEEKS! Never in my life could I have IMAGINED such bad expertise and horrid customer service. Please, if you want good repair, send it to Microsoft (assuming it's under warranty). If that's not an option, just buy a new one, or better yet, a PC. It'll save you mo... read more

This place is a joke! They quoted me 4-5 days to repair the red ring of death on my 360... Two and a half weeks later it's still not done!!! Don't quote a time frame and then not meet it by over two weeks!

Didn't impress me at all. Changed the quote, didn't get the job done when they said they would, and were rather rude when i called to ask when the job would be done. Wake up guys... customers are your livelihood!
