I was struggling with depression, PTSD, and felt hopeless. After having gone through several therapists, I finally found Lesley Goth. Her compassion and humility made me feel safe and valued. Going through her EMDR Therapy program gave me the tools and strength to overcome my struggles, and become my authentic self again after being lost for almost 50 years. Yes, 50.
