Before Denver Deck builders arrived, our very large deck would shimmy and shake, even in a modest breeze. After tightening the posts, cutting deck board inserts and replacing facia boards, all 1,300 sq.feet of deck are flat and rock steady. Outstanding work!

Initially, Denver Deck Builders got us out of a tight spot with another contractor that wasn't performing. We did a dry below system with the intention to finish the underside at a later date with them. The system was leaking where it met the house from the installation. The crew came out a few months later and tried to seal the leak from the bottom. Now trapped, the water is flowing behind our siding below the deck.
