DCD was attentive at first; Ernesto provided a competitive price for base level quartz countertops. Then the challenges started… I waited weeks to get a pricing change to change to an upgraded stone. I should have gone elsewhere. Ernesto breadcrumbed me; he would tell me he was at a customer’s home and not reply again for a week. Finally, I got a price that was reasonable; I sent in the deposit. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant, quick and quality countertop installation. Everyone we spoke with at Denver Countertop Designs were friendly and helpful. Great crew, excellent communication and workmanship. We planned on being without countertops for 2-3 days, but they took templates on Monday and were back on Tuesday to install. It's been a long time since I've dealt with a contractor who knows how to provide excellent customer service like these guys did. Thank You!
