Had an absolutely terrible experience with Jose and his team. There was no communication between the owner and his team members. The way we were spoken to was rude and unprofessional. I questioned to make sure everything was set in place for install and was told “why am I asking the day before?” The order was not correct. The install was half assed, to say it nicely.
