I've used Jonathan more than once. He has a "if i don't fix it, you don't pay for it" guarantee, which is awesome (but i've never gotten to use it, because he's always fixed it). I got out of the IT industry over 15 years ago, but my family still seems to think im in IT. Whenever its' more than i can handle, i send my friends and family to Denver Computer Repair.
