Far and away the WORST customer support of all time. I have never had so much trouble trying to even connect with someone, let alone hearing a response. I've sent so many emails and called several times to receive NO response. They withheld over $600 of earnings from me for OVER TWO MONTHS and refuse to follow up. Every time I finally get ahold of anyone, they say it's waiting on the "higher department" and there is nothing they can do. Absolutely atrocious organization and a complete scam. DO NOT TRUST.

Be careful they cancel on you the day of your trip quite often

I had a hiccup in the process that was outside of their control. Rather than leaving my family of seven in a bind, they spent several hours focused on solving the problem and helping us out. First class folks really focused on helping families like ours.

First time using, last time using Turo. The host would not let me do a day rental and demanded a 2 day and this was after I already had the vehicle.
