First time using Turo (Denver) and it was terrible. The car was dirty unlike the pics, it wasn't ready on time, the lockboxes were an unidentifiable mess, and they added unknown fees which can be done by Turo or the car owner - each have charge options unknown to the renter that they apply subjectively. Turo's lack of professionalism and goodwill was exceptional. With vast experience renting cars across the country, I was eager to give them a try and unfortunately this was really bad.

Far and away the WORST customer support of all time. I have never had so much trouble trying to even connect with someone, let alone hearing a response. I've sent so many emails and called several times to receive NO response. They withheld over $600 of earnings from me for OVER TWO MONTHS and refuse to follow up. Every time I finally get ahold of anyone, they say it's waiting on the "higher department" and there is nothing they can do. Absolutely atrocious organization and a complete scam. DO NOT TRUST.

Be careful they cancel on you the day of your trip quite often

I had a hiccup in the process that was outside of their control. Rather than leaving my family of seven in a bind, they spent several hours focused on solving the problem and helping us out. First class folks really focused on helping families like ours.
