I could not be happier with how my dress turned out! They helped me pick out the package right for me and it was ready for pickup on the date they gave me. They don’t accept credit cards, so I had to find a nearby bank to pay for my order, but the staff was very helpful. Thank you!

I wasn't too impressed, honestly. I had to call in to see if my dress was ready, and I felt like I was overcharged for a service that didn't fully deliver.

Went to the address and there’s a sign saying it’s closed permanently. Called the number and it went to someone not associated with the company. Don’t waste your time driving down there.

I have left 3 messages for the status of my wedding dress cleaning as they have had it for over 2 weeks, maybe even 3 weeks. They will not return my call and whenever I call them it always goes to their automated system. I do not understand why they haven't given me an update on my dress. This doesn't seem like a reputable or professional company in my opinion. At this point i don't know when or if I will ever get my dress back, or at the very least a phone call.
