The BodPod was AWESOME!! It’s super quick, noninvasive, and accurate calculating your lean mass and body fat. Great tool to track your progress- would highly recommend. Colby went over and beyond chatting after a little bit about nutrition goals and tips on improving muscle mass. Way to go, Denver BodPod!!
Denver BodPod is awesome! Colby did a great job at explaining the process and it was quick and easy! This is an amazing and highly accurate tool for setting goals. After your done you get an immediate printout showing where you're at, which makes future comparisons super easy. If you want to know where you're at contact these guys!

Using the bodpod has been a great tool to track my progress. It's so convenient not having to get wet like the aqua tank and it's just as accurate.
