Great place! The trainers here are very knowledgeable about helping you move better and without pain. I have been a movement trainer for many years, I hired a coach here to see what it was about and I learned so much from him. Working with a trainer here has dramatically improved my skill as a coach.
I brought my 16 your old son to work with Gabe specifically looking for the methodology of Functional Patterns. My son, being tall and very lean, had been slouching forward for years and I was very concerned for his posture.
