This bike shop is is wonderful! I ordered my Bianchi from them. There is always someone to help with whatever I need and willing to answer my questions. I will always take all my bikes to their shop for maintenance as the staff is very knowledgeable about all things bike related.

I went in needing to purchase a tire.. I was ignored by the mechanic working on the bicycles. I'm a patient person, but I waited a good 20 minutes and decided to leave. He saw me, but preferred to finish a bicycle up and grabbed another bike to work in. He could've acknowledged me and asked me to wait. I was shocked he completely ignored me. It's sad bc I come in all the time, but I've worked with the long haired mechanic- he's pretty awesome . I won't go back though bc of the other mechanic.
Everyone is great, super helpful, and don't treat you like an idiot if you are new to cycling and don't know all the lingo.
