I can honestly say ive never been to a gym before or after denver barbell that makes you feel unwanted. Theyre supposedly an Olympic weightlifting gym, and they set up so you have to share platforms. But ive never et experienced a gym that claims a team atmosphere but is absolutely unwelcoming and treats new members like a nuisance. Asking to work in on a stairmaster at a globogym gets less of a dirty look than asking to share a platform here. Never experienced a less welcoming environment
This is kind of a weird review but let me start with my experience. I was just getting into powerlifting and heard about this place through a mutual friend. It sounded promising so I did a free day pass and fell in love with it. The facility is amazing. It has everything you could want for powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting. I have been training here now for 3 months and I love it. I wish I would have started sooner. Great community and trainers.
