These people committed both fraud and blackmail. I dropped off my van with a flat tire and Sherman tried to convince me I needed many thousands of dollars in repairs. I said no thanks and came to take the van back and he refused to give it back to me unless I paid his ransom of $120. This is illegal in Colorado per multiple statues! I never authorized any repairs or diagnostic fees.
