I would like to start my review by saying, if I could give 0 stars I would have. This was literally the worst customer experience I have ever had. The only way it could have been worse is if they kicked me in the ?#@$% after handing my keys back! I will sum this review up by saying that there was little to no communication from the shop during this process. Great Neighborhood Body Shop I have had great experiences using this business. Unfortunately, we have have several cars that needed body work and have been very satisfied with the work done. The owner, Fred, deals with the customer directly, and the office works directly with your insurance company.
RecommendedI got multiple quotes and DAB was by far the most honest, and easiest to work with. They’re efficient and really skilled at body repair. I highly recommend this shop! Sending a special thank you to Jose for his help.
Absolutely wonderful work and amazing staff
Awful body shop. Took 4 months to complete work on my vehicle. Was treated very disrespectfully by their staff. The shop lacked communication with both me and my insurance company, causing me to spend an immeasurable amount of time trying to get status updates. Work done to the vehicle was satisfactory, but not worth the inconvenience and disservice done by their management.
Wonderful work and friendly staff! Nicole in the front office was great to work with; she even asked if it was okay to leave messages on my cell if she couldn’t get ahold of me. Every message from her and the technician were detailed and specific. And best part, my car looks like new. Color match is perfect.
