Terrible customer service.
I had this company come out and quote resealing my company's front parking lot in March. They had the best price around so I agreed to their proposal, and then they went radio silent for an entire month. After reaching back out to them, I was told it would be another week before they knew when our project would be able to get started. Three weeks later, I get an email asking for an additional $250.00.
