WARNING! They serve all of ******** and have multiple websites with various names and numbers that go to their one call center. I did not know that when I booked. They were late and the driver did not speak English so going places was difficult and it took over an hour of my time to get him to understand to go one place. It was way over priced and I was unaware they came from Denver when I booked since I booked through the **************** website. DO NOT USE!!
Booked a ***** for my kids prom, which the booking listed the cost at ******. They canceled the booking and tried to book the ***** at ****. Talk about a bate and switch. Stay away from booking with them.

Customer used our online reservation system to make a reservation, It states in bold that the reservation has to be accepted to become active. Customer booked a bust prom night and the rates are significantly higher on this date. It was explained. Nothing was charged to customer. Our reservation system is not advanced enough to fluctuate rates and dates. We do apologize.
