Excellent service. The denturist took the time to visit my father at home, answered all of our questions, and clearly explained the options available to him. We greatly appreciated his honesty, professionalism, patience, and compassionate approach. He did not even charge us for the home consultation, which was a very generous gesture. Go anywhere but here! I made an appointment 3 months ago and got a call an hour before. It was cancelled because they wanted money before they knew what the deductable was. No empathy or compassion and now I have to wait another 6 weeks for an appointment somewhere else so I don't get ripped off and with no teeth. I was left in tears with their dispicable treatment.
What a wonderful, whirlwind, experience! I am finally feeling good about myself, many have expressed how my smile was missed, all because of the help and guidance I received. This is a difficult process, to go through, and have felt supported through it all. To this care centre team; Thanks!! I needed that!
