As a new patient, I called to confirm my appointment and was told there was no appointment under my name, so I did not show up. Later, I received another call saying I was late for my appointment. I explained that I had called earlier and was informed that no appointment existed. Despite this, the staff member spoke to me rudely and made it seem as though the situation was my fault, even mentioning a $50 deposit for future appointments.
