Dr. William Lai went out of his way on an extremely busy day to help us out when my aunt visiting from Scotland needed an emergency denture repair. He was able to repair the denture and make it available for pickup later in the afternoon. The fit is perfect and it was a wonderful experience where it could have been a real nightmare.
