Dr. William Lai went out of his way on an extremely busy day to help us out when my aunt visiting from Scotland needed an emergency denture repair. He was able to repair the denture and make it available for pickup later in the afternoon. The fit is perfect and it was a wonderful experience where it could have been a real nightmare. William & Benny have worked with my mom over several months to prepare her for a set of immediate dentures after the removal of her remaining teeth. They have been very patient with her through this process. They worked with the oral surgeon and they made sure that the dentures fitted her after the post-operative period. We made several visits and now after a month, she is now eating solid food again. Thank you !
