They are fantastic! Very polite and gentle. I am afraid of dentists due to the past with a dentist as a child and this dentist showed me love and support. I also had a decayed tooth that I didn't think was savable but they saved it for me
Been going to Dr. Won for 13 years now. Always have had a good experience. Seems to be honest and ethical. Doesn't try to sell you on things that are not needed, which is appreciated.
All the staff here are amazing people. I came in with no hope of saving my rotten teeth and was just ready to throw in the towel. The staff reassured me that I wasn't too far gone and they could help, and helped they have! Very understanding, gentle, caring people. I would definitely recommend this office and have already done so to family and friends. If they'd been my original dentist I would've saved myself a lot of grief and pain... And Teeth!
The staff is all so friendly, the dentists are gentle and tell you what their doing while their doing it. My lips are chapped and split in the corners and they put some numbing gel on it right at the beginning. Great people!
So Far Dr.Won has been VERY PROFESSIONAL .
