I wouldn't even leave 1 star but I wanted to leave my review so that's only reason they got that star. First of all they don't ever answer the phone, and hardly ever return your call. But the reason I am most upset is the job they done on my teeth. I am so embarrassed about how my teeth look now. My teeth wasn't perfect to begin with but they were definitely decent looking. I went here for a deep cleaning on my teeth. I thankfully got Lakiea to do the cleaning! She was amazing! She took her time and literally made sure I was comfortable and not in pain the whole time! I have never have had a dentist be as effective as her! I would recommended you to ask for Lakiea when making an appointment! She really gets the job well done and is personable to make sure you’re relaxed.
Absolutely wonderful! I have ptsd with anxiety, Dr Byrd was amazing! I had three root canals done and it was over in no time They are clean, friendly, and explains everything and open to listen to any concerns that you may have. He doesn't mess around very great at this job. The Staff was just as amazing definitely recommend cannot wait to get all of my dental work finished here.
The dentist himself is great. This practice is not. The desk staff is rude. Over scheduling people. Reached out due to pain in a tooth I was waiting for a root canal in, which was scheduled 6 months out at that, ended up infected, was told they have “other people in pain waiting to be seen” so my issue basically didn’t matter. I wouldn’t go here. I ended up having to find a new place.
By far the best dental experience ive ever had. Dr. Byrd is very good at what he does. I had 31 teeth removed at dentures put in and barely felt anything but a tug. Highly recommend this dental office.
