Phil is extremely judgemental of Maine care patients, or as he so kindly put it "Maine care people". He's very argumentative, and tried to put me down for mentioning the oral surgeon I'm working with told me something different. To quote him "are they the ones making dentures? No stars from me - none. This practice left my mother high and dry. Happy to take $$ but never delivered on the dentures. Do NOT work with this practice.
If I could rate this business a ZERO, I would. After 8 months we still have no dentures and the office refuses to return calls! Oh and by the way, the customer is 97 years old. How long do they expect her to wait? STAY AWAY! INCOMPETENT!
