I would love to leave them a 0 review, but unfortunately that is not an option. I originally bought something from their website. Paid with credit card and then got a bill in the mail that I owed them money. So I went ahead and paid sending a check. Then remembered I bought it with my credit card. Why are they sending a bill if you order through the website? Anyway, I have called 4 times to get my refund and everytime they say they would send it out. Still waiting. This is an awesome place and company I think there products are of great quality is just that people don’t know how to used the equipment and that’s why I think it has bad reviews
Very unethical company, charged in full for services and created barrier after barrier to providing those services. Never refunded us for the service and didn't provide them either, impossible to communicate outside of email with long delays in between each communication. Sure wish we would have checked reviews here first as it looks like many others have experienced the same thing.
