The customer service is exceptional. It was a great experience from being able to track the entire process step by step to them picking up and dropping off my vehicle. I would highly recommend Leland at Dentpicks to everyone. And let us not forget my car literally looks brand new and is squeaky clean!
I had a good experience with this shop. Paul was great and kept in regular communication throughout the whole process. The experience was concierge like from the time I dropped my car off until it was fixed. When I had some questions at pickup the owner answered them all and was great. Everyone I encountered here was professional, friendly and helpful. The work on my car looks great.
They were professional and helped us navigate the insurance claim process. They did an excellent job of fixing our hail dents. Charles, the field rep, also helped make it easy for my wife to drop our car and pick up the rental car we used. Would recommend these guys to everyone needing hail dents repair
Brandon was outstanding and very much a people person told me everything about my vehicle step by step he knows how to take care of his clients . I'm very pleased with my vehicle got it back on 10/28/25 and would use Dentpicks again in the future . Brandon was a blessing to me definitely did't want another car payment right now with the way Government are handling so I feel very blessed . He represented Dentpicks well .
