Can't believe what I just experienced - likely the worse customer service situation in my life. I've been a patient for at least 10 years I think. I needed a crown re-cemented, which I was told by a staff member was an emergent situation. In the chair waiting on this, I'm presented with a 2 year old bill that I'm learning about just now (in the dentist chair waiting on my crown).
