So, via phone and online, I must say that I am extremely pleased with the ability to secure a product from Denton Tool/Fastener. There had been a delay on my order out of Wisconsin, and we learned the tool I ordered was no longer available. Shane went to bat, and was able to secure what I wanted. I spoke to several people there on the phone at one time or another, and they were all professional and pleasant. Highly recommended.
Shane, Thank you so very much! The carbide drill bits and HSS taps that you procured for me allowed us to cut through these hardened stainless steel O2 exhaust bungs like butter! YouTube and forums are full of stories about people, dealerships and even machine shops experiencing failures on drilling these hardened stainless steel bungs out. Hard materials must be drilled super slow with pressure and heavy lubricant. Thank you, again! Bill
