DSCO has had a hugely positive impact on my life. I attended a class about 3 months ago on a whim and I've been back several times a week since. Before then the last time I even set foot in a gym was middle school and I am pushing 40, so I don't have anything to compare it to but I know that I lucked out trying this place first.
