Poor customer service!!! I was planning to buy a machine from their store but after my visit there I wouldn't buy a button from them much less an expensive machine. I was told I couldn't touch the machine and she couldn't answer question's until after the purchase. The sales lady said the purchase of the machine included a lesson and the lesson was about an hour long. I called back and talked to the store manager which blew off my complaint.
