Denton is very personable and easy to work with. Gave us a valuation on our property that was very professionally done in a timely fashion. He also handled the estate sale for my brother's home. It sold quickly and for above asking price! I will use him for all my real estate transactions moving forward, and will refer him to anyone I know who is selling, or looking to purchase a home.
