Ruined our pool and refused to fix their mistakes
Called to see about getting a estimate of repairing a pool waterfall as the rocks were coming lose and a crack repair. Took my information and never called back to make a appointment to come out and that was almost 2 weeks ago. Very strange way to run a business. Was nice person to talk to but I guess it is to small of a job to bother with as that is what I am running across with these pool companies. Anyone have any ideas how to fix the pool?
