I really like this doctors surgery. Most of the staff are pleasant enough. The GP’s have always seen me when needed. I have regular check ups and blood tests. Pharmacists does routine checks on my meds several times a year. All good. I also have my 3 children registered here and never had a problem with them being seen either.
Put online form in at 9.30am. My gp rang at 10.45. Treatment prescribed and sent to the chemist! Very happy.

I called the receptionist in the morning and I understood that my referral letter is done and I told them that I can come in during my lunch break to grab it with which she was fine. When I went there, the same receptionist acted surprised about the content of our earlier conversation, disregarded it, and said that my referral letter is pending a signature and that it can take up to 5-6 weeks to be processed! Bad customer service.
