It is a dealership service center, so you basically expect it to be a criminal enterprise, try to get you to replace belts at 30k miles, make up other repairs. They don't disappoint. Slow to do work, not really interested in getting defective parts sorted out. Still they are polite so I give them 3 stars.

Wrost Mazda Service Center. They just Charge you and they do not perform actual work. For my car they charged $120 for break fluid change stating current fluid looks orange and it should be clear. After service it was still orange. They charged $190 for Coolant flush and refill to appropriate level but Coolant level was below low level mark as it was previously. Took nearly 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The women working in service desk are not helpful and hate their jobs

Overpriced.. $500 labor charge , when asked I was told it was 4 hour job. My car was dealership for an hour … after further probing the answer changed to its package price otherwise it’ll be $750 I was told 10% off on afternoon appointments but the discount was only on labor no one cared to tell me first Im going to stay away ..
